Qualifications

• Familiarity with Alabama One products and services, including consumer loans.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations; direct retail and platform teams.
• Confer with Members as the principal loan officer to provide lending guidance.
• Develop and maintain member relationships; cross-sell products.
• Represent the branch in civic and community activities; partner with SEGs.
• Ensure cash control and adherence to credit union policies and security.
• Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to staff.
• Build an actionable business pipeline through Small Business development.
