Qualifications

• Knowledge of branch operations including teller functions, consumer lending, sales, and service techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to include Teller and Financial Platform, ensuring member needs are met.
• Develop methods to support department and organizational initiatives for exceptional member service and needs-based sales culture.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to existing and potential members by using a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill members’ financial needs.
• Lead team members through daily monitoring, coaching, and development to ensure professionalism and trust in daily interactions.
