Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team and a growing service operation in the United States. You will drive revenue growth, build a strong culture, and oversee financial performance while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role includes extensive training, relocation to an open location within the region after 6-9 months of training, and a competitive compensation package with a company vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to interact with clients in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation and drive revenue growth.
• Develop future leaders through field evaluations and coaching.
• Deliver top-notch service and customer retention results.
• Inspire the team with continual improvement and accountability.
• Oversee P&L and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales, service and customer staff.
