Orkin, a Rollins, Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Branch Manager in the Louisville area to lead a high-performance team and drive revenue growth. You will manage the operation after training, mentor staff, and deliver exceptional service to customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and community involvement, with company-provided tools, benefits, and growth opportunities within a recession-resistant industry.

Formación

• Sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Possibility to obtain pesticide license/certification (paid by company).
• Capable of working in the field independently with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an entire operation after training.
• Develop leadership of others with coaching and training.
• Deliver top-notch service to drive customer retention.
• Drive revenue growth through daily team check-ins and accountability.
• Manage a Profit and Loss statement and balance expenses while growing the business.
• Recruit and train staff across sales and service.
