Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completing training
• Provide leadership and strategic focus, motivating teams and ensuring accountability
• Deliver customer retention results through inspiring leadership
• Mentor and develop team members via evaluations, coaching, and training
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and strategically invest in growth
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans
• Recognize and develop talent during recruitment, selection, and training processes

Qualifications

Must have:

• Focus on winning and strive to be the best
• Persistence in achieving objectives
• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Sales & Operations leadership experience
• Experience in route-based service environments
• Commercial sales experience

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, including:

• Use of ladders within weight limits
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, including respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
