Responsibilities

As a Commercial Branch Manager Trainee with Orkin, you will be an integral part of the Division Leadership team, helping to bring out the best in every person and team. You will identify opportunities for people and process improvements. Once identified, you will create or find the tools needed and implement your plans. You will be the Division’s subject matter expert (SME) on training, learning, and development.

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training
• Relocate within the Midwest Region preferred
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability for sales and service teams to achieve results
• Deliver customer retention results by developing a motivated team dedicated to Customer Service and Retention
• Mentor and develop team members through evaluations, coaching, and training opportunities
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and invest strategically in growth while balancing expenses
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans
• Recognize and develop talent during recruitment, selection, and training of sales, service, and customer service staff
