Responsibilities

As a Commercial Branch Manager Trainee with Orkin, you will be part of the Division Leadership team, helping to develop the best in every person and team. Your role involves identifying opportunities in people and processes, creating or finding tools, and implementing plans. You will be the SME on training, learning, and development.

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completing training
• Relocation within the Midwest Region is preferred
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability for sales and service teams
• Deliver customer retention results by developing a motivated team dedicated to customer service
• Mentor and develop team members through evaluations, coaching, and training
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and invest strategically for growth while balancing expenses
• Identify operational deficiencies and plan improvements
• Recognize and develop talent in recruiting, selecting, and training staff
