Job summary

Cinelease Llc is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Georgia to oversee daily operations, dispatch, and logistics for restroom trailer rentals. You will lead field crews, manage maintenance, and drive efficiency across the branch while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership with mechanical and electrical know-how, strong people management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in equipment rental.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge; hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and logistics of restroom trailer rentals.
• Manage, train, and mentor operations staff and field crews.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and oversee repairs of restroom trailers, including mechanical and electrical systems.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure reliability and safety.
• Monitor inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.
• Develop and optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, costs, and utilization.
