Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an energetic Branch Manager for our Madison territory. This role emphasizes ownership of a business unit, leadership of staff, and proactive client management within a fast-paced staffing and recruitment environment.

The position focuses on recruitment planning, candidate placement, and maintaining strong client relationships across accounts, with performance bonuses and exempt status. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with experience in staffing or recruitment.
• Proven leadership and staff management abilities.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and match skilled individuals with client projects.
• Manage client accounts and proactively address needs and concerns.
• Lead scheduling and staffing to meet operating hours.
• Develop and maintain recruitment plans for common skill sets.
• Provide ongoing guidance to candidates and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with VP/Upper Management to regain relationships with former clients.
• Oversee branch operations and drive cost-saving initiatives.
