AllStaff is seeking an enthusiastic Branch Manager for our Aurora, IL location. You will supervise day-to-day operations, mentor staff, grow client relationships, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with policies.

This role partners with sales and marketing to expand the talent pipeline and place top candidates in temporary and contract roles. We value bilingual abilities, leadership experience, and a passion for recruitment.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing is a plus.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• In-office work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor branch office staff
• Run day-to-day operations of the branch
• Hire, develop, and train employees
• Establish goals, activities, and objectives
• Develop new customer contacts while maintaining current customer relationships
• Generate sales leads and business development within the market area
• Lead branch efforts to identify, screen and place qualified candidates in temporary and contract roles
• Handle personnel functions within the branch
• Recruitment, screening, and placement of applicants
• Branch P&L responsibility; drive profitability, control costs, and utilize resources
• Expedite Workers Comp and UI claims
• Other duties as assigned
