Job summary

You will recruit, train, and schedule the branch team, manage COIs, and collaborate with partners to grow business with small businesses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales leading a team.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in small business deposit/credit experience.
• Understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Knowledge of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs).
• Strong public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch team to deliver distinctive client service.
• Engage in outside calling to small business clients.
• Grow business through retention, expansion, and acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
• Staffing, scheduling, onboarding and training of new teammates.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
