Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in banking/financial industry, food & hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on customer service and act as primary contact for branch operations.
• Lead your team to meet performance goals and metrics defined by upper management.
• Develop, assist, and participate in marketing and collection efforts; handle disputes.
• Maintain proper staffing and scheduling; train and develop branch employees.
• Enter customer and transaction information into the POS system and maintain customer files.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations and company policies.
