Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead a team, work with customers locally, and support the community. You’ll motivate staff, handle branch operations, and ensure compliant loan and tax processing while delivering excellent service in-person and over the phone.

You will coordinate with the branch to meet goals, manage cash securely, and maintain regulatory compliance, contributing to community support and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a service or financial setting.
• Familiarity with branch cash handling and security procedures.
• Knowledge of applicable lending regulations and compliance.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate loan processing and tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collections.
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
