Job summary

Corky’s Pest Control in California is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales and service for a local branch, overseeing staffing, training, and customer satisfaction.

The role drives branch revenue and profitability, manages KPI targets, and partners with sales to forecast growth. You’ll oversee field technicians and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering premium service to customers.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience managing a portfolio of business with Profit & Loss ownership and/or experience, leading a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Licensure: Pest Control Applicators License, FR 2 and FR 3 licenses, or ability to obtain within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Directs branch P&L, drives growth and ensures revenue and profit plans are met.
• Manages KPI targets: Revenue, EBITA, Customer NPS; monitor retention and efficiency.
• Directly manages the Operation Manager and through them field technicians.
• Oversees service operations with the Operations Manager.
• Recruit, hire and train branch staff; ensure compliance and safety.
• Collaborates with sales on plans and forecasts for the branch.
• Lead and develop team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee asset management including fleet maintenance.
