Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Livermore, CA, to lead a high-performance team and drive revenue growth. You will train and mentor staff, oversee service delivery, and build strong customer relationships in a dynamic pest management business.

The role offers relocation within the region after training, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan and tools to support your success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation after completing training.
• Develop leadership of others, including coaching and training.
• Deliver customer retention results with a service mindset.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage a Profit and Loss statement and growth investments.
• Recruit, select and train staff across sales, service and customer care.
• Be willing to relocate within the region after training.
