Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Branch Manager in Roswell, GA to provide strategic and operational leadership for the local branch. You will drive business development, oversee staff, and ensure service levels meet client and referral expectations.

This role requires supervisory experience, strong process and client-facing skills, and a commitment to outstanding patient care. On-site position with typical M-F hours and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required.
• Two or more years in Process, Team Management, and Client Facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the branch.
• Lead business development initiatives and manage functions to align with objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of office staff including recruiting, staffing, payroll and compliance.
• Maintain care partner pool quality and service levels for clients and referrals.
• Manage pay, margins, budgets and accounts payable/receivable to meet budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required
• Two or more years in Process, Team Management, and Client Facing experience.
• One or more years of Business Development and Reporting experience preferred
• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing overall strategic and operational leadership to the branch.
• Responsible for business development initiatives and managing all functions necessary to ensure operational, service, and sales methods, strategies, and goals are aligned with company and division business objectives.
• Responsible for oversight and day-to-day activities of all office staff, including recruiting, hiring, activity, assessment, staffing/scheduling, risk management requirements, payroll & billing requirements, and all compliance and human resources needs.
• Responsible for the overall quality and depth of the Care Partner pool.
• Responsible for the overall service levels we provide to our clients and referral sources and will act as Client Care Advocate when applicable.
• Responsible for managing pay and bill ratios, and associated gross margin, per budgeted expectations.
• Communicates procedural changes to office staff and ensures compliance.
• Responsible for the coding and approval of Care Center Accounts Payable activities.
• Oversees management of petty cash and office funds to ensure proper handling as applicable.
• Full P&L responsibilities of the Branch; revenue generation and recognition, gross margin management, expense management impacting bottom line contribution, tracking and follow-up of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to meet budget expectations.
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining exemplary standards in the care of our clients and our referral sources.
