Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Roswell, GA to lead operations for our personal care services team. You will drive strategy, develop business, and supervise all branch activities to align with company objectives.

The role requires supervisory experience, a strong operations mindset, and a focus on service quality for patients and referrals. On-site schedule, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required.
• Two or more years in process, team management and client-facing roles.
• One or more years of business development and reporting experience preferred.
• Home care or staffing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the branch.
• Lead business development initiatives and maintain alignment with goals.
• Oversee day-to-day office staff, recruitment, staffing and HR needs.
• Ensure service levels, client care and referral source satisfaction.
• Manage pay, budgets, and gross margin per planned targets.
• Communicate procedural changes and ensure compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable and office funds handling.
• Assume full P&L responsibilities for the branch.

Responsibilities:

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Responsible for providing overall strategic and operational leadership to the branch.
• Responsible for business development initiatives and managing all functions necessary to ensure operational, service, and sales methods, strategies, and goals are aligned with company and division business objectives.
• Responsible for oversight and day-to-day activities of all office staff, to include recruiting, hiring, activity, assessment, staffing/scheduling, risk management requirements, payroll & billing requirements, and all compliance and human resources needs.
• Responsible for the overall quality and depth of the Care Partner pool.
• Responsible for the overall service levels we provide to our clients and referral sources and will act as Client Care Advocate when applicable.
• Responsible for managing pay and bill ratios, and associated gross margin, per budgeted expectations.
• Communicates procedural changes to office staff and ensures compliance.
• Responsible for the coding and approval of Care Center Accounts Payable activities.
• Oversees management of petty cash and office funds to ensure proper handling as applicable.
• Full P&L responsibilities of the Branch; revenue generation and recognition, gross margin management, expense management impacting bottom line contribution, tracking and follow-up of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to meet budget expectations.
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining exemplary standards in the care of our clients and our referral sources.
