Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee a multi‑million dollar revenue business, leading Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics to meet financial and performance goals.

The role requires a Business Management degree with rental industry experience or several years in the Rental Industry, plus a valid driver’s license. Base pay reflects the responsibilities and scope of the position.

Qualifications

• Business Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience or 3‑4 years of Rental Industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the performance of a multi‑million dollar revenue business.
• Lead all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics.
• Achieve financial and performance goals, including P&L and key financial controls.
• Coordinate operational and financial reporting functions for the unit.
• Negotiate and influence with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

Desired Experience

• Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Operations, District Manager, Rental Manager, Store Manager, Business Development Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls.
• Experience in outside sales or negotiation.
• Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful.
• High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.

Physical Demands

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, working indoors/outdoors as required.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $70,000.00 - 110,000.00
