Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) to drive the performance of a multi‑million dollar revenue operation.

You will lead Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics to meet financial and performance goals. Key responsibilities include owning P&L, coordinating operational and financial reporting, and negotiating with customers and vendors to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Business Management degree with 1 year rental industry or 3–4 years rental industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Qualifications

• Business Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience or 3‑4 years of Rental Industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Desired Experience

• Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Operations, District Manager, Rental Manager, Store Manager, Business Development Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls.
• Experience in outside sales or negotiation.
• Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful.
• High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.

Physical Demands

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, working indoors/outdoors as required.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $70,000.00 - 110,000.00
