Qualificações

• Retail banking experience and branch leadership.
• Proven ability to generate new business via external prospecting and relationships.
• Strong track record growing deposits and business banking opportunities.
• Experience managing, coaching, and motivating banking staff.
• Solid understanding of branch operations, lending fundamentals, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in market-building and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the launch and ongoing operation of a new banking location.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on Utah County.
• Spend significant time outside the branch prospecting, networking, and building relationships.
• Establish relationships with local business owners, municipalities, chambers of commerce, and community organizations.
• Generate new consumer and business deposit relationships, with emphasis on sustainable core deposits.
• Identify, originate, and manage qualifying small-business lending opportunities.
• Partner with commercial and business banking teams on larger or more complex opportunities.
• Develop referral relationships with accountants, attorneys, business owners, and other centers of influence.
• Build awareness of the organization’s banking services in the local market.
• Recruit, coach, and develop branch employees, with support from regional leadership.
• Oversee branch operations, customer service, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Establish culture of accountability, sales performance, and exceptional client service.
• Track business development activity, relationship growth, deposit production, and branch performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to support long-term profitability and success.
