The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned branch locations. The Branch Manager will lead a team of coordinators and administrative staff to ensure client satisfaction and the timely placement of qualified caregivers and healthcare professionals with our clients. The primary objectives include client relationship management, team leadership, business development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
Company equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset) will be provided for use during employment.
