BASIC PURPOSE

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned branch locations. The Branch Manager will lead a team of coordinators and administrative staff to ensure client satisfaction and the timely placement of qualified caregivers and healthcare professionals with our clients. The primary objectives include client relationship management, team leadership, business development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Implement processes and procedures within the branch in line with directives from senior management regarding staffing procedures, schedules, and in-office coverage for all departments.
  2. Keep senior leadership informed of all internal department challenges including staffing, recruitment, employee relations issues, etc.
  3. Collaborate with leaders across the organization and internal departments to ensure effective processes for long-term planning and improvement initiatives.
  4. Ensure direct reports are informed and following guidelines and directions from senior leaders.
  5. Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a team of recruiters, coordinators, and administrative staff.
  6. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hospitals, nursing homes, and individual clients, to understand their staffing needs.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  10. Collaborate with clients to develop staffing solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  11. Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in recruitment and placement.
  13. Review healthcare professional timecards for accuracy and partner with payroll to address issues promptly to meet payroll deadlines.
  14. Monitor staffing levels and deploy resources effectively to meet client demand.
  15. Identify opportunities for business growth within the local market and develop strategic plans.
  16. Network with healthcare organizations, community groups, and stakeholders to promote services and expand the client base.
  17. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  18. Ensure compliance with regulations including licensure, labor laws, and healthcare standards.
  19. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of care and satisfaction.
  20. Conduct audits and assessments to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
  21. Maintain daily on-site presence at the assigned branch during regular work hours unless other arrangements are made.
  22. Travel to client locations or work in a hybrid schedule as needed.
  23. Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and/or account management, preferably in healthcare staffing.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, ideally within homecare staffing or similar healthcare settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Company equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset) will be provided for use during employment.
