Position: Branch Director

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced healthcare manager to fill the position of Branch Director for our Elizabeth Office.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the branch, including budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management.
2. Monitor the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by staff to ensure compliance and client satisfaction, while ensuring staff education, training, and evaluation.
3. Support your team and grow your office by staying informed about industry and community trends and referral opportunities.
4. Represent BAYADA professionally, embodying The BAYADA Way, and communicate effectively with various audiences across the nation.

Qualifications:

1. Four-year college degree required.
2. Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in healthcare, preferably in home health care.
3. Knowledge of New Jersey regulations.
4. Proven record of goal achievement and successfully taking on increased responsibilities.
5. Strong interpersonal, recruiting, and employee relations skills.
6. Ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office.
7. Proficiency in PC and communication skills, especially in community networking and representing the organization.
8. Ambition to grow and advance beyond current responsibilities.
9. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a PLUS!
