Affiliate Success Manager (USA/Remote) - VIPRE Security Group

Join VIPRE Security Group, a global cybersecurity leader under Ziff Davis (NASDAQ: ZD), protecting millions of consumers and businesses worldwide. With brands like IPVanish, VIPRE, StrongVPN, and Livedrive, we are expanding our affiliate marketing program, especially in the US market.

We seek an experienced Affiliate Success Manager to help grow, manage, and optimize our IPVanish and StrongVPN affiliate programs. This role reports to the Head of Global Partnerships and collaborates with internal teams (Content, Paid Media, eCommerce, BI, Finance) and external partners (agencies, affiliate platforms).

Key Responsibilities

1. Acquire new affiliate partners through outreach, negotiations, and deal optimization.
2. Develop and oversee marketing initiatives with existing affiliate partners.
3. Manage agency relationships and conduct networking and cold outreach.
4. Analyze performance data to optimize sales, conversions, and minimize fraud.
5. Manage budgets, forecasts, commissions, and work with affiliate platforms.
6. Understand and have experience of monthly affiliate payment cycles.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team on customized creatives and landing pages.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity.
2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
3. Expertise in digital acquisition channels (affiliate, PPC, influencer, SEO, etc.).
4. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency with affiliate platforms (e.g., TUNE) and budget management.
