Job summary

Pacific Supply is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, own P&L, and drive sales, service, and safety excellence. You will supervise and develop a team, streamline operations, and strengthen customer relationships at a critical regional location.

Minimum 3 years of management experience with financial responsibility and a Bachelor’s degree are required. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role, with a competitive compensation package and

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the branch's profit and loss performance.

• Identify and act on opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure the branch delivers high-quality service and support.
