Job summary

Pacific Supply in Modesto, CA is seeking a Branch Manager with proven leadership to own the branch's profit and loss, drive sales, oversee yard and warehouse activities, and manage administrative functions. You will supervise and develop the team, pursue operations improvements, build strong customer relationships, and ensure high‑quality service while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop employees.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and income statements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the branch's profit and loss performance.
