Job summary

Pacific Coast Supply, LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations, sales, yard and office functions with strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

You will be accountable for branch P&L, drive service improvements, and develop staff. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assumes complete accountability for profit and loss within the distribution center.
• Coordinates and directs branch operations by directly supervising sales, yard operations and office functions.
• Ensures that distribution center maintains a positive impact on customers by evaluating opportunity for improvements and expanded services in the area.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of three years previous management experience that includes financial responsibility and an understanding of a basic income statement is required.
• Strong supervisory skills and the ability to develop others.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
