Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the branch and drive profitability and cost control.
• Partner with Sales to manage customer relationships and growth.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee operations, staffing, scheduling, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, and Accounting leaders.
• Recruit, develop, and implement succession plans to improve retention.
