Aramsco is seeking a Branch Manager in Seattle to lead a dynamic team, ensure exceptional customer service, and achieve profitability goals. You will direct daily operations, manage inventory, and coordinate with regional leadership to drive sales growth.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems is expected, with bilingual English/Spanish being a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a bonus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Competent with MS Suite and data entry.
• Experience with Eclipse Epicor ERP is a bonus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish leadership to coach and develop teams and drive performance.
• Collaborate with site sales, Regional Sales Manager and corporate to grow market share.
• Attend monthly tele/video conferences with Regional and Executive Managers for site updates.
• Review site performance monthly and annually.
• Oversee inventory practices, cycle counts, and ERP data entry.
• Coordinate receiving, loading, and delivery logistics; ensure a safe work environment.
