Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager in Eugene, OR to build a high-performing team and drive branch operations, inventory control, and customer value. You will collaborate with area leadership to meet revenue and satisfaction goals and develop talent through coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of managerial experience including leadership, issue management, motivation and team building preferred.
• Understanding of sales and operations planning process, demand forecasting and integration of demand plans and supply plans.
• Excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Working knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements.
• Knowledge of market preferences, competition, regulations, and industry trends.
• Higher education degree preferred.
• High School or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and recruit top talent to determine individual strengths and weaknesses of branch associates.
• Actively coach and mentor to achieve high performance and career development at SiteOne.
• Train and coach branch associates in customer value best practices to foster a culture of customer success.
• Maintain safety daily and promote a strong safety culture through training and policies.
• Analyze operating and financial data to identify trends and root causes.
• Set goals and monitor KPIs to track progress and implement area strategy for growth and value.
• Collaborate with leadership to adapt to emerging technologies and support implementation.
