SiteOne Landscape Supply in Florida is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, inventory management, and team development. You will coach associates, promote safety, and drive customer value while partnering with the Branch Manager to achieve financial growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail nursery or landscape, strong leadership and communication skills, and a readiness to learn new technologies. High school diploma required; higher education preferred.

• Experience in retail nursery or landscape preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and processes.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive environment for branch associates and promote teamwork.
• Onboard, train, and coach branch associates in partnership with the Branch Manager.
• Coach in customer value best practices and foster a customer-first culture.
• Promote safety daily and maintain a clean, incident-free environment.
• Support workplace organization and policy implementation to boost safety.
• Monitor performance metrics and track improvement initiatives weekly and monthly.
• Review metrics with Branch Manager to assess progress and results.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand technology impacts on business and support rollout.
