Qualifications

• You have 2+ years of management or Chase leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to empower staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop growth plans.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Experience in Retail Banking or equivalent Chase leadership.

• Grow deposits and investments using the Branch Scorecard.
