Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase Branch in the United States, guiding staff to deliver exceptional client service while driving deposits and investments growth. You will manage operations, coach the team, and ensure a welcoming environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will use Branch Scorecard insights to optimize performance, maintain robust risk controls, and build strong relationships with local businesses and clients. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or retail banking leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED (foreign equivalent accepted).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
