Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all facets of the branch's sales, service, and operations. You will coach the team, drive production goals, acquire new consumer and business customers, and deepen existing relationships.

You will also develop partnerships and manage staffing to maintain Huntington's culture. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, ensuring compliance, and leveraging technology to identify sales opportunities while maintaining strong community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in a goal driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: background check requirements including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Leading team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to meet needs and deepen relationships.
• Developing internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
