Job summary

Huntington National Bank in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all facets of sales, service and operations at the branch. You will coach the team, drive budgeted production, acquire new consumer and business customers, and deepen existing relationships while representing Huntington in the community.

You will oversee recruitment, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with colleagues across the bank to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: background check requirements including fingerprints as per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers; referring customers to other areas to meet needs and deepen relationships.
• Leading a team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Leveraging available tools to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
• Overseeing recruitment/hiring to ensure branch staffing aligns with Huntington’s culture.
• Managing branch operations in compliance with policies and procedures.
