Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of Financial Services, sales, or sales management experience.
• Active Life Insurance License expected within 12 months and continuing education for licensing requirements.
• Ability to work on Saturday as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads a branch team to drive new revenue through identifying customer needs and Regions solutions.
• Conducts outside sales to generate new business while maintaining existing banking relationships.
• Educates customers on Regions products and digital banking solutions.
• Coaches staff on Regions Sales, Service and Coaching process (iConnect) with mentor guidance.
• Provides coaching to strengthen product knowledge and customer needs understanding.
• Handles customer transactions and guides experiences to ensure convenient banking.
• Manages recruiting and selection for the branch.
• Liaises with Line of Business partners to address complex financial goals.
