Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead overall branch operations, drive exceptional customer service, and develop a high-performing team across the Arizona region. This role partners with leadership to align with FBM’s standards, values, and growth objectives while overseeing inventory, safety, and process improvements.

The positions emphasizes strong leadership, budgeting input, and the ability to drive sales growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years of management or leadership experience in construction or building materials distribution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
