Job summary

Foundation Building Materials in Valdosta, GA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, foster customer service excellence, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-growing market.

You will oversee inventory control, safety compliance, budgeting alignment, and sales performance, while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to expand market share and support FBM’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management or leadership experience in construction or building materials distribution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; knowledge of drywall and related construction products.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily branch activities to achieve optimal efficiency and service levels.
• Monitor inventory control and product/service quality.
• Ensure execution of company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Forecast and manage sales performance in a high-growth environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers; expand market share.
