You will oversee loan origination, underwriting, compliance with BSA/AML, teller supervision, and community engagement while driving goals for deposits, loans, and referrals in a collaborative, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in branch operations with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, college coursework is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, coaching, and oversight of teller line and member services.
• Promote business development and community engagement; track and exceed goals.
• Originate, underwrite, and process consumer and home equity applications with accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, regulatory requirements, and cash handling procedures.
• Provide resolution for complex member issues involving transfers, trusts, estates, POAs, and business accounts.
• Maintain facility, security, and training on safety practices; train staff on procedures.
