Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for our Tampa district. The role leads the management team to drive growth, productivity and profitability while delivering legendary customer experiences.

You will interview candidates, plan staffing, and oversee operational execution across the branch. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of branch management experience, strong financial analysis skills, and a track record in customer-focused leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent experience.
• Detail-oriented with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Pest control industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch as well as deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team.
• Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating and supporting the management team within the district.
• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement and provide coaching to hit goals.
• Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
