• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch production in the field and drive sales growth.
• Develop and mentor branch employees for performance and career growth.
• Hold weekly team meetings to review metrics, strategies and service methods.
• Coordinate with administrative staff to keep office operations organized and efficient.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
