Job summary

Midwest Landscape Industries, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Indianapolis to oversee landscape maintenance, snow management, and project installation work. You will supervise crews, coordinate with designers and account managers, and ensure high-quality workmanship across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/residential landscape maintenance and snow management including budgeting and costing.
• Knowledge of horticulture is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Familiarity with blueprints or takeoffs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field personnel and manage subcontractors.
• Oversee projects to substantial completion and warranty period.
• Communicate with customers, designers, and manage quality standards.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and Area/Field Managers for manpower and equipment.
• Ensure equipment availability and fleet management for accounts.
• Track safety and notify about workers' compensation issues.
• Assist in bidding and budgeting processes as needed.
