Job summary

Environmental Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Branch Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise 50-75 staff, and drive profitability across the Plain City branch.

You will manage field crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction while coordinating with Sales and Account Managers. The role requires strong leadership, proven budgeting experience, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of managing landscape maintenance, property maintenance or related field operations.
• At least 3+ years supervising large teams and coordinating crews.
• Experience overseeing budgets, labor forecasts, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensure safe, efficient, and profitable projects.
• Develop forecasts and plans to hit revenue and production targets.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and material resources across sites.
• Maintain client satisfaction and manage contract retention.
• Lead safety training, OSHA compliance, and field coaching.
• Participate in winter snow/ice operations as needed.
