Advance America in Portage, Wisconsin seeks a Branch Manager in Training (BMIT). This development role focuses on achieving branch and individual sales goals, excellent customer service, and regulatory compliance. It leads toward a Branch Sales Manager position.

Responsibilities include customer service, marketing, and collections, managing branch operations under supervision, and community outreach. Requires a high school diploma; some college is preferred and prior sales or customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience. One year of experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: sales, retail, banking, or collections.
• Strong math skills and professional verbal communication by phone and in person; ability to read, write, evaluate and apply complex information.

Responsabilités

• Actively assist in meeting the Branch’s performance metrics using sales tools to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones while guiding customers through loan processes and life cycles.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws; manage cash controls and accurate documentation.
