Purpose Financial/Advance America in Mauston, WI is seeking a Branch Manager in Training to develop leadership skills while overseeing daily store operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work under the Branch Sales Manager, build relationships with customers, manage cash controls, support loan processing, and participate in community marketing efforts to drive growth and new customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent.
• One year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred.
• Strong math skills and professional verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Actively assist in meeting the Branch’s performance metrics as defined by management.
• Assist in using sales tools and marketing techniques to grow customer acquisition inside and outside the branch.
• Be responsible for day-to-day servicing of an ever-growing consumer loan portfolio.
• Present financial solutions based on customer needs that meet their goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle.
• Educate customers on the terms and conditions of loans to ensure clear understanding.
• Deploy marketing efforts in the community to generate sales and customer growth.
