The BMIT develops leadership, participates in marketing and collections, and is intended to be promoted into a Branch Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required; one year in related areas preferred.
• Strong math, communication, and ability to read and apply information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting branch performance metrics and use sales tools to enhance customer experience.
• Develop relationships and maintain customer files; educate customers on loan terms.
• Support marketing and collections efforts; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Work in a team environment under supervision to manage daily branch operations.
