Purpose Financial Services, inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Branch Manager in Training (BMIT) to drive sales and customer acquisition while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The role covers customer service, marketing, collections, and operations; you will help manage the branch P&L and assist in developing staff under the Branch Sales Manager. This development position is expected to advance into a Branch Sales Manager role, with opportunities to grow within

Formación

High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Sales and/or customer service experience required; one year in sales/retail/banking/collections preferred.
Strong math skills and professional verbal communication by phone and in person.
Ability to read, write, and apply complex information; negotiate loan terms and understand policy.
Must be 18+, eligible to work in the USA.

Responsabilidades

Customer Service, Sales, Marketing & Customer Acquisition: meet branch performance metrics and drive new customer growth.
Operations, Compliance, & Collections: assist in managing branch P&L, maintain cash controls, and perform collection activities.
Team & Leadership: work with others in a positive environment, manage daily operations under supervision.
