Advance America in Milwaukee seeks a Branch Manager in Training (BMIT), a performance-based, hands-on role focused on delivering sales and customer service goals while complying with regulations. Responsibilities

• Customer Service, Sales, Marketing & Customer Acquisition: meet branch performance metrics and drive new customer growth through in-branch and external efforts.
• Operations, Compliance, & Collections: manage cash controls, adhere to policies, and handle collection activities as needed.
• Team & Leadership: work with staff under supervision to support branch operations and performance.
• Travel: valid driver's license and reliable transportation; travel within division as needed.
