Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of consumer finance experience.
• Personnel management and budgeting skills.
• Effective communication, organization and sales skills.
• Proficient with loan software and MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet branch goals and profitability.
• Make loan decisions within lending limits and pursue collections as needed.
• Develop new business through community relationships.
• Sell products and services to meet sales goals and quotas.
• Oversee hiring, staff training, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure high quality client service and monitor client satisfaction.
