Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of consumer finance experience or related industry experience.
• Personnel management and budgeting skills are essential.
• Effective communication, organization and sales skills; proficiency with loan software, Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet goals related to profitability, loan volume, credit quality, delinquency and expenses.
• Make loan decisions within lending limits, close consumer loans, and collect accounts in delinquency while following guidelines.
• Develop new business by building relationships in the community and selling products to meet sales goals.
• Oversee hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations; establish lending authority for staff.
• Ensure high-quality client service, assist clients with solutions and monitor overall satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
