Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and achieve sales goals.
• Develop member relationships and identify credit union services for members.
• Coach and mentor staff; provide timely performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Travel to promote credit union membership as needed.
